Water aerobics

Water aerobics gives you great all-round exercise. You will get stronger, increase your flexibility and get more fit. Another benefit is that water aerobics causes very little wear on your joints.


Effective exercise

Water aerobics increases your muscle strength and improves your balance, as the movement and turbulence of the water constantly keep your muscles active. You can do the exercises in both shallow and deep water.
